Faraone.shop offers its customers different types of payment.
The financial information of the customer who buys on the Faraone.shop website (credit card number, credit card expiry date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by the financial intermediary (Shopify Payments), and never in the possession or knowledge of Faraone.shop.

WARRANTY
Pursuant to European Directive 44/99/EC and Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and the rules and regulations set forth in articles 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and subsequent amendments to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Seller warrants to the Customer, who qualifies as a "Consumer", that the Products will be free from defects in design and material and conform to the descriptions published on the Site. The application of any warranty shall not apply if the use or cleaning of the Product does not comply with the instructions and warnings provided by the Seller and/or in the description on the tags or labels.
The Products for which the Seller has authorised the refund shall be sent by the Customer, together with a copy of the return authorisation, within 30 (thirty) days from the reporting of the defect or non-conformity to the following address: Via Delle Puglie, 174 80143 Naples.
