In 1971 Massimo Osti founded the C.P. Company inaugurating one of the most creative moments in the history of Italian fashion, quickly becoming one of the favorite brands of artists and intellectuals.
For more than 45 years he has continued to rework military, work and sports garments by combining them with an intense search for innovative materials.
Garment dyeing is the name of a process introduced by Massimo Osti and his collaborators for C.P. Company in the early 1970s. According to this technique, a garment, usually in white or raw non-colored fabric, is dyed only in the final phase of the production process, after the complete finishing. This technique differs from the conventional method which involves the production of garments starting from already dyed fabrics.
